The conference fee includes: full participation to the conference activities, all conference materials (e.g. conference guide, CD with conference papers, the conference proceedings), coffee-breaks and lunch buffet on each conference day, the conference welcome buffet on Monday, the conference dinner on Thursday, and the social program on Wednesday.
1The reduced membership fee applies to members of ISAGA that have payed the ISAGA membership fee for 2012 (EUR 50, students 25EUR) at the latest 10 days before the conference starts (Thu 21 June 2012). 6Summer-school special fee
This special participation fee only applies to participants that meet the conditions below:
In order to benefit from this reduced fee papers should be submitted before the 31st of March and at least two people from the group should attend and there is consent from the other group members for the paper submission.
Papers submitted in this form will be presented in the special Summer-school section in the program.
All group members that participate in the presentation and also meet the conditions above get the Summer-school Special discount. If any of the group members should also qualify for a different participation fee category (e.g. the lower student fee, or the higherMember of ISAGA affiliated associations fee), they will pay the lower of the two.
7Single day registration
Friday, July 6 2012 will be open for one day registration. The day is dedicated to game presentations so we encourage participation of everyone that is interested in understanding the field of gaming simulation regardless of their prior experience with it.
All registered conference participants will have access to the game presentations. The conference fee for a single day participant includes: full participation to the conference activities of that day, the conference guide, the CD with conference papers, coffee-breaks and lunch.

Cancellation of Participation
The Congress Office must be notified in writing of any cancellation. For cancellations of participation in the conference before the 1st of June 2012, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellations received after the 1st of June 2012.
